Project Quickhack - self-service application delivery
2026 finishedA legacy file share carrying every application installer was being decommissioned to a fixed date. Rather than move the installers somewhere else, moved the department onto scoped application groups with self-service delivery through the endpoint management platform - retiring the dependency and removing IT from the routine install path entirely. Project Blackwall — homelab network rebuild
2026 finishedSelf-taught rebuild of a flat /16 home network into a zero-trust, micro-segmented stack: eight VLANs with defined trust boundaries, a four-tier split-horizon DNS namespace, dual-router CARP failover planned, and an IdP-gated service tier — £665 of hardware from a £750 budget, migrated incrementally across evenings with no maintenance window.

MediTek — shared CI pipeline templates
2026 perpetualShared GitLab CI templates for the homelab estate: secret scanning, syntax and structure validation, container security checks, and an Ansible-driven deploy contract for compose-backed repos. One source of truth for the pipeline patterns that would otherwise be copy-pasted into every repo and drift apart.

Bleecker — Ansible estate automation platform
2024 perpetualConfiguration-management platform for the homelab estate: lifecycle orchestration, 29 compose-app deploys under one generic contract, network devices as configured inventory, and a lifecycle-aware CI pipeline. In production since October 2024 - maintained, not finished.
